TeacHER by Dr. Ollie L. Jefferson

Dr. Ollie L. Jefferson created the expression "teacHER" to identify women educators who model cultural sensitivity and consciousness. Over the years, Dr. Jefferson have demonstrated acceptance towards a diverse body of students while treating each individual as they would like to be treated without compromising the classroom or institutional integrity.
